By accessing or using EVA Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility
To participate in sentiment signaling, you must:
- Control one or more active validators on the Ethereum Beacon Chain
- Be able to cryptographically prove validator ownership
- Have the legal capacity to agree to these terms
User Responsibilities
When using EVA Hub, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your validator ownership
- Not manipulate results through duplicate registrations or false claims
- Not interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Maintain the security of your wallet and signing keys

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ethereum Validators Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EVA Hub, including damages from reliance on results, unauthorized access, errors, or service interruptions.
Intellectual Property
The EVA Hub platform is owned by the Ethereum Validators Association. Aggregate sentiment data is made publicly available for the benefit of the Ethereum community.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to users, the platform, or the Ethereum community.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
